I have lived here for quite some time and can say that the apartments are much better than they were when I first moved in. The new management has done a great job turning it around. Let me tell y’all that when I first moved in there was homeless, random things around the property, broken gates, and a lot of vandalism. But management did a great job in picking up the place and turning it around. Whenever I have a problem, my work orders get done pretty fast. I’ve met the maintenance guy Preston a few times and he is very friendly, talkative and very professional. The manager is always available and very helpful when I have any questions or concerns. These people are slumlords. Trying to get them to fix anything is a hassle. It takes weeks before they get back to you. They haven't updated anything besides paint and carpet. The neighborhood is overrun by homeless. The courtyard is never cleaned. The management loves to harass people about any and everything except for repairs. The neighbors are noisy and loud as heck. The worst place to live. Don't move in here.

The price of rent is outrageous. The entire property is infested with bedbugs, has been for years and the owner and manager know but don't care!!! None of the air conditioners in the units work properly. Over the last year the pool has been FILTHY more often than not, the Health Department came out to investigate it, and it has been closed most of the Summer. The laundry facilites are a joke; the washers leave your clothes dirtier than they were when they went in, the dryers barely dry your clothes even if you pay double the amount, and they both eat your quarters on a regular basis. It is also a bad neighborhood. Every evening, homeless people are seen smoking drugs on the property...even in front of children. This was hands down the worst place I’ve ever stayed it’s infested with roaches and there was no security for those who live there homeless ppl living in the laundry room and in the ally way behind the complex ppl being unalived in and around the building the police are always there for something there was a woman who lived there that would constantly leave her apt naked and there’s lots kids in the apts but thru all of this the rent was being raised every few months without being able to get things In my apt fixed when needed if u can avoid staying here you should you’ll regret it
