Lamplighter Village Apartments

My family has been living here since 1997. In the 27 years living here, we got to see many managers come & go. I'm happy to say our manager now, Jasehi, is one of the good ones. She's very professional & straightforward with you. In times when my family needed help, she didn't hesitate to find solutions or help us. The apartments themselves are being renovated & are much nicer now. It's very quiet here, and everyone overall has a mutual respect for one another. They also do little activities during the holidays for residents here. The only thing we don't like is how much the trash piles up by the dumpster.

I have lived at Lamplighter for 7 years. It's a very quiet and clean complex, visitors always comment that as well. Whenever I have any issues, the manager Angel is very quick and responsive to get it solved asap. Felix the maintenance man does very well at his job and always leaves it clean when he finishes his work. It's a great place to live.

Our family have been living here for 18 years! We’ve seen the renovations done throughout the years and the amazing service we get here. Angel (the manager) and Felix (maintenance) always gets the work done in a timely and clean manner too. We love it here.

I've lived at Lamplighter for 6 years and counting. It's a very nice; quiet and comfortable place to live. I normally dont have issues with the maintenance of my apartment, but when I do, the manager, Jasehi, is very prompt to respond to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend living here. Not everything is perfect, but living here is less expensive and more comfortable.

Electric door squished with and didn’t let me get out. I was coming back from schools and decided to take the shortcut to the apartment as I had fresh bread and drink. All of a sudden the gate stayed closing in and didn’t stop squishing me and my food and drink. I y didn’t open up and and I had to squeeze out the door injuring my right shoulder as the gate was crushing me.
