Lakewood Station Apartments

I had a great review up until now so I might as well inform the public just how important your work order request are taken here. From a glance you see a well kept community, but that’s it!! I have had no hot water for months and had to take this matter to housing, Washington attorney general and to the City of Lakewood. Still waiting for codes to be checked in my unit due to the wholes under my cabinets that was stated by the new management ‘oh that’s just like the makeup” she called it something different but same meaning. Look I live in an unfinished apartment. It’s missing screws and the maintenance seems unable to complete even the simplest job as to place a shower rod up!! Great place to live, very responsive and awesome management (shout out Acea), amazing amenities, and fast maintenance service if anything goes wrong.
