Had a horrific experience with the Gehan sales guy, Oked a plot and they purposely pushed the signing to a later date knowing they are increasing the price . Later they asked me to go on with the new price. totally unprofessional sellers. Wont commit any futures deals with the builder and would advise my friends and community not to go with them.
I am a home owner next door to a Gehan home being built. Construction workers for Gehan have damaged my lawn broke two sprinkler heads and refuse to keep construction fence up to prevent debris from coming into our yard.
With electric lines behind and over priced houses, I am happy looking into something in McKinney.
