Lakeside Villas

I had a great experience leasing my apartment at Lakeside Villas, and a big part of that was thanks to Esmeralda. From the very beginning, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and followed through on what she promised. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and kind, and Esmeralda truly stands out. Highly recommend working with her if you’re considering Lakeside Villas.

Very poorly ran. The apartment I rented had big water bubbles in the ceiling, it smells like mold, the maintenance guys put everything off , everyone seems to be moving out!! Corporate office advised to contact their office directly but in doing so you dont know who to ask for or anything because no name was given, we call and tried to speak with Kelly klodt but there is never a response...! We already moved out return our deposit

This place is ran by slumlords who are greedy and money hungry. I moved in around April and moved out in October. They hid the severe water damage with new paint and carpet cleaning. My shower had a leak and I placed a request for repair to no avail meanwhile all kinds of pest were entering my unit. I ended up falling in the damn puddle of water and fell into the wall and what I seen was terrible. THERE WAS SO MUCH BLACK MOLD IN THE WALL IT MADE SENSE WHY I COULD STOP HAVING RESPATORY ISSUES AND SNEEZING. they gave me the option to move to a different unit or terminate my lease without penalty. In the small time I was there I witnessed so many people move out due to the slumlords running the place. Heck no I didn't want to stay so I moved out. JESSICA IN YHE FRONT OFFICE IS AS CLUELESS AS

Our new HOME. I'm super thankful we found this place great prices big apartments and we have a patio that's fenced in.... Awesome location And VERY good management. Love this place

The lake side villas are beautiful now! Jessica is the best employee at the lake side villas ❤️❤️❤️,very helpful,kind, understanding, workable with families!! These apartments are the best in Thornton Co! Always ask for Jessica's help, 💯
