I stopped by a few days ago to Lakeside Retreat at Peachtree Corners Apartments to ask about leasing options, and the experience was honestly better than expected. From the moment I walked in, Leon greeted me with a level of energy and warmth that immediately stood out. He was genuinely friendly, not rushed, and very easy to talk to. I came in with general questions, but he took the time to walk me through the community in clear detail, from the floor plans and amenities to the overall lifestyle the property offers. ROACHES EVERYWHERE Out of all the apartments I've lived in throughout my life, this one was absolutely the worst. I just can't believe this place is considered to be in livable condition. There were so many terrible things about this place, but I will start with the pest issues. Since we moved into our apartment a year ago, we have had an uncontrollable roach infestation. There was a huge roach infestation in the water heater closet in the laundry room. No matter how much pest control we got, no matter how clean or how little food we kept in the apartment, nothing got rid of the bugs. Sometimes I would open the freezer and I would see live baby roaches inside of it! Sometimes we would even wake up with roaches crawling on us!!! We had the displeasure of trying to tour this complex. We arrived early for our tour and we told to wait on a bench while Jennifer typed away and barely acknowledged us. We were asked how many rooms and what we were looking for upgrades wise. She then proceeded to tell us that the unit available would be too expensive for us. She didn’t ask us our budget. She just assumed we couldn’t afford it. We were then told about a cheaper set of apartments down the street and shown the door. I can confidently say I will not be leasing here and Jennifer needs an attitude adjustment.

The leasing staff are great to work with. Angelica at their office always addressed any issues I had promptly. I really appreciated that as a single mom that she understood and helped me out as much as possible.
