This review is currently based only on leasing staff and a tour of the apartments. I toured the facility and it was pretty and modern and seems to have nice amenities. Liam has been the most kind and helpful leasing agent I have ever worked with! She has answered countless questions, worked to find the very specific location on the property that I am trying to get, has called and sent videos! So! Helpful! I toured 9 other apartments and she has provided the best customer service by far!

We had a great experience working with Liam while searching for an apartment. She was very kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. She showed us the apartment thoroughly and answered all of our questions clearly. We really appreciated her support and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a place. Loved the place, definitely a place you can look into to call home.

Five Stars! We moved to Lakeside Gardens Apartments in November, and we absolutely love it here! The community has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. The staff — Kristy, Amber, and Evan — are amazing. They have been friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive. Any questions we’ve had have been answered promptly, and any issues have been resolved quickly. The maintenance staff deserves a special shout-out as well. Kudos to Seth, Miguel, and Linda — they are the best! Anytime we’ve needed assistance, they have been efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. While they are nice apartments we were screwed from day 1. We were notified 2 days before moving in that our unit was handicap accessible even though none of us are. We had no choice but to take it because with 3 kids we weren't finding a place in 2 days. They also didn't even let us view the unit we paid for until move in day .due to the low counter tops and a 2 year old I now have to continuously stress and worry she doesn't hit her head by the island because she's 2. They run EVERYWHERE. And have 0 sense of direction .Had to dish out extra for safety measures.Then we were lied to about the promotion for a free month from the assistant which she seriously needs to be fired she's a liar and really don't know how to do her job. We asked her about it and she said yes we would get it. Less
