Lakefield Mews Apartments and Townhomes

I am currently looking for a new residence for my two children and myself. I called on the phone to inquire about a 3 bedroom townhome in which a gentleman by the name of Wendell informed me that although the property has townhomes the 3 bedroom were garden style. I was no longer interested and I guess that he could tell by the tone in my voice. He invited me to the property to tour some of the available units. The fact that he offered a tour made me curious to see what the community had to offer. I showed up a few days later, no appointment to see if the customer service would be the same. And it was! Wendell was great! He showed me the layout of the three bedroom garden apartment and we also toured the other available units on the property. I appreciate him for going above and beyond! Yo

When looking around for places to stay for my loved one, there was a gentleman named Wendell that helped me. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and realistic about the process. He made sure there weren't any surprises during my search. He definitely went above the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable during my experience. I thank him very much for being so kind to me!!

I wouldn’t live here unless it was your only option. We had multiple issues with water temperature (no heated water) and water pressure (no pressure) and it took several phone calls and emails until they sent out a maintenance person that could actually fix it (email screenshots and video are attached). The location is not safe. My car was broken into and the perpetrator tried to steal it. This happened at least 2 more times to other tenants while I was living there and management refused to notify tenants (even after my insistence). We only knew about the other break-ins because we had the Nextdoor app. The dog park is pitifully small and always filled with poop. The trash is never picked up and is always overflowing at the dumpsters. Post office workers commonly lose mail here. The pool

I haven’t had any issues staff are always available and professional which is a plus! maintenance staff are all pleasant and always take care of issues if I have any , and the community is very quiet and clean …

Maintenance came into my mother’s home smelling like smoke, and alcohol substance. She didn’t feel comfortable with being left alone. He promised us he would be back, and never came back. Then I watched him go in someone else’s unit for a long period of time.
