This place is very good with their service of security.. 24/7 Not anyone can get here but I did. Even though I have no one who actually lives there. One thing for sure, you will get locked out of your place because you need a key card to open the outside doors. Also this place is pet friendly which they have two parks for the dogs also obstacles they can play with. So I went undercover as a tenant you mite ask how I was able to get in well one of the doors was open and if a vehicle enter the gate code then you could just slide on through.

I applied for this apartment 4 months ago I gave them my holding fee ! With then that 4 months I was told that my application was sent to compliance and I know it takes 72 hours for compliance to reach back out mind yall me an my kids been waiting for 4 months now ! I come to the apartment every week! An Kris is the one who keeps telling me they will contact me in a week mind you ! I been waiting for 4 months now , I come back weeks after weeks . later an they have new management an I was told that my paperwork was never sent to compliance this whole time ! So I had to redo my application again ! With new management! An they told me that my paperwork was sent to corporate and they don’t have a time frame to get back to me ! I’ve been living in my car wit my kids it’s so hard for me right

We stopped by today to view your apartment community. We were given the full tour and shown a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom. The young lady who gave us the tour was very knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. We decided to be added to the wait list and feel that God led us here. Now waiting in anticipation to get the call to bring our Application Fee n Deposit. Looking forward to possibly meeting the office staff n beginning the process in making Lake Mead West our new home. If i put my experience on here,they may not return my 100.00 money order. They still may not give it back because of this. Ive been emailing and sending text messages and calling since November 20th..but guess what, no response. How do you think this is even a little bit professional taking and keeping people's money? Does anyone know the process of who to speak with or how to get my holding money order back? **UPDATE**its January 16, still no refund. On December 12, I received a email that a request was submitted.

Dealing with this place makes my head hurt. On multiple occasions, I had to reschedule to fill out my application due to the abrupt abscess of employees. There is a lack of response from the employees when it comes to picking up the phone call during business hours or returning phone calls at all when messages are left. As a result of my personal circumstances. I no longer qualified for the apartments, which required me to pick up my cashier's check at my earliest convenience at the apartment office. Everything was well and l proceeded to leave the establishment after picking up my check to the original place ( Smiths) where I initially purchased my check from. Basically they stated that there was nothing that they could do for me because the check was permanently scripted out to Lake Mea
