These apartments may seem like a good deal, but as long as Janette Hampton is managing the properties do not expect much if anything at all. Do not walk, run the other way. This place was great when owned and maintained by the folks that owned the Lodge of Granbury across the way. If you want to know what you will be dealing with as a renter with this property manager, just go look at reviews over the last seven years.
