I’ve had a great experience living here! Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it’s addressed quickly and with care. It makes living here stress-free. The management and maintenance teams are always quick to respond and handle requests efficiently. It’s nice to know that any issues are addressed promptly and professionally.

Desire is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond every single time I come into the office. Not only is she incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but she’s also one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Her warm personality and positive energy make every interaction such a pleasant experience. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and always makes sure I leave feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who consistently makes such a difference, and Desire does just that. She truly makes the office feel welcoming, and I’m so grateful for all that she does!

I had such a great experience here! The property manager, Desire, was so sweet and made sure I had all the information I needed in person. When I asked to see an apartment, the leasing agent Viri went above and beyond—she even did two walk-throughs with me and was so patient while I went back and forth deciding between two units. She never rushed me and truly wanted me to find the right fit. If you’re looking for affordable living and the sweetest, most helpful staff, definitely check this place out!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The prices are very competitive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The view of the lake is simply breathtaking—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff were incredibly helpful and easy to work with, always ready to assist with anything I needed. I would have extended my stay if I hadn’t moved out of state!

I’m not sure where the good reviews are coming from maybe they’re getting a discount on their rent. This place has been a disaster since i moved in. I moved in, in April and haven't been able to walk outside without running into huge spiders, spider webs, and the spider's kids (little orange balls wrapped in webs). It's been six months and not once has anyone ever picked up my trash but I'm getting charged almost 40$ a month for it. Not to mention, I see roaches almost every day, if not by the sewer drain then on the walls and more than likely in the units. Last but not least everyone in that front office is rude, and almost never in the office. I moved here to be close to my child's school, but she will move schools just so that l don't have to live here any longer than needed. Side note
