Trashy apartment complex , you can’t complaint about anything because they get mad at you . You get frustrated because you don’t get any help from their side , they make it almost impossible to reason with the office team. Dina was one of the best office managers that this apartment complex has had . And I am afraid I can’t say the same for the people that are currently in the office . Worst decision moving here . Don’t recommend this place to anybody . Please go somewhere else , me and my wife are so disappointed that they don’t care about anything they are so rude and talk about renter’s rudeness please give me a break you don’t care about anything nor to fix anything . No no . Save your self this issues and headaches that this place will always give you save your money and go somewhere

Let me start off by saying how wonderful Sandra your leasing office manager is Sandra displayed excellent customer service as well as exemplary problem solving skills when handling our move, days before our move and exceptional service the day of our move. As issues arose that could hinder our move in time, she reassured us, gave us great options, ultimately arranged where we could move in at the time we originally scheduled. We are confident in believing anyone other than Sandra could not have accomplished what she did for us as well as handle the challenges that arose in such a professional matter . Ingrid the Guatemalan leasing agent needs to learn some manners. Learn to listen and UNDERDTAND other people's concerns and emphatize with them. This is not the first or LAST time you will be seeing her name on these reviews

I don't like this place because first of all I already got robbed 3 times and second it is really bad customor service. But the schools are good ones if u live there. So since I got robbed we are moving😌

The office hours are bad, they say they attend on Saturdays and not!!!!! It’s closed!
