La Serena at the Parque

We've lived here for 1 year. The groundskeeper maintains the apartment complex exceptionally well. The maintenance men will get your requests done in 1 day. (*They change your light bulbs and air filters) I work before dawn. Management takes quiet time very seriously. I love that the apartment is one story, you have your own private patio, farm sink, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans with lights, scalding hot water (doesn't take long to get hot either), no carpet, cold AC in the summer and heat in the winter, your assigned parking space is in view of bedroom window and I feel safe here. Searching for apartments made me really appreciate La Sarena. It is the best place I've rented and I'm really gonna miss my apartment. The only reason why I'm moving is because the highschool zoned is Cheye

Overall it's a great place to live and the managers are awesome. It's close to work and my favorite stores. My concern is the security. If you have a gate and people use key cards then why is the gate open during the day? Also it's easy to open it a little bit to slide in cause I've seen kids and adults do it at night when I'm coming home from work.

A great place to live! Been here 9 months and the experience has been fantastic and beyond what we expected. A gated safe community with friendly neighbors. The maintenance team is awesome with fast response to any issues and the front management staff is very friendly professional and makes you feel welcome. A very comfortable and quiet neighborhood.

Ruby and Carlos are rude and unprofessional. I think the place needs new management, kind and professional people. The place also hasn't had an update for a long time and looks neglected. Ruby and Carlos aren't the best team for this place.

Toured this property… Ruby helped and she’s absolutely the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever came across. Wasn’t welcoming! Rushed us through the property. Talked to us like we were dogs! Don’t recommend coming to this place I can only imagine how management is!! Property is too small and outdated. Google should let us give negative stars!!
