La Nouvelle Apartments

MAJOR ROACH INFESTATION & MOLD!!! THIS PLACE IS A ROACH NEST!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE! This complex is BY FAR the WORST apartment building I have ever had to live in. DO NOT LET THE POOL FOOL YOU! THIS PLACE IS A DUMP! There are roaches EVERYWHERE!!! I am a clean person and was still finding them CONSTANTLY: Kitchen, Bathroom, BEDROOM! I was killing 5 roaches A DAY!!! The building is poorly maintained and dirty - people leave their trash and food laying around everywhere! Dirty Q-Tips by the elevator, apple cores, etc. The landlord does not care about keeping the building clean. The apartments are musty and moldy. The halls and elevator are filled with CIGARETTE SMOKE! Maintenance is non-existent. Everything breaks, nothing gets fixed. They care more about spending your money to make the e
