Honest Review from a Bougie Midwest Girl I’ll be real with you—this apartment might not be in the prettiest area, but don’t let that fool you. I’ve had no problems here at all. It’s a comfortable, peaceful place to live. No violence, no drama, and the neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. I came from the suburbs in another state, and I was hesitant at first because of some of the reviews—but trust me, they don’t tell the whole story. I’ve lived in the real ghetto way before, and this ain’t that! If you’re looking for a chill spot with good people and no nonsense, this place might surprise you.

Avoid this place at all costs! Management does not care about their tenants. The receptionist is so rude and doesn’t know anything. The maintenance guys also have no experience in fixing anything. I have made countless maintenance requests because this place is falling apart and the guy will come- he’ll talk on the phone saying how he is going to scam the building and take the whole day there but it’s a little switch and then disappears and comes back with a random tool bang the wall a bit and says he is done when No! He didn’t,all the problems are still there. The laundromat all machines need to be fixed and cleaned regularly because the clothes comes out smelling so bad. The pool is so tiny. The neighborhood would be alright but these kids come in the building not sure if they live here
