The staff is wonderful. The new maintenance team is the best. They went above and beyond to ensure our new rental home was perfect. They are friendly and helpful and do solid work. They made our move as easy as it could be. We love our home and the entire team at L.J. Michael's!

I am looking forward to applying with L.J. Michaels. They have quite a few houses for rent that are reasonably priced especially in this economy. The owner was also very quick to respond to my email about a listing. Keeping my fingers crossed that we find a nice home!

I sold my home today, and Connie Milam represented my buyer. It was clear to me through the process and closing that Connie cared deeply about her client and she was determined to help them find a good home. I can't imagine Connie giving less than the best service to all of her buyers and sellers!

I didn’t live at 825 S Prospect but everything said about it is very true. I would go to visit my boyfriend there and the house was already a dump when he moved in and they promised him many times they would fix stuff but never did. After he moved out they charged him $10k in damages that he didn’t do. The judge sided with Cy Marlow automatically and didn’t give my boyfriend a chance to tell his side of the story. I’ve went to the LJ michaels office a few times with him and the management was extremely rude every single time ( especially Cy’s daughter and Marie). I talked to someone else who went through them and the same exact thing happened. They move you into a dump and promise to fix it up until you move out and charge you for everything that was messed up before moving in. If i could

One of the worst companies in business.. they appraised a 475k 2200 sqft dollar brick home newly remodeled for 250k with 10 acres of land. It had a nice 2 acre pond and huge bucks on the property. They have no clue about real estate. Better choose someone else .
