Victor came and fixed my sink today! I work from home and have to be on the phone for most of my day. He even needed to go pick a part for the repair and was very quick and diligent! Victor not only did excellent and quick work but he also was extremely respectful of me working from home. He left my kitchen cleaner than it was before he came today as well! Great work from Victor today! I really appreciate it!

My experience with KMB has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish. This is now the second time I’ve applied for a unit that was clearly listed as “available,” only to find out after submitting my application and paying their steep application fee that the unit actually isn’t available until a much later date. Most recently, a unit advertised as available immediately turned out not to be available until August 1st. If that had been disclosed upfront, I never would have applied. On top of that, the communication and application process has been a headache. Even after submitting all required information, I kept getting emails asking for additional documents and details that were already included in my application. Please read this - don’t ignore the bad reviews. This place is a nightmare. They just faked a bunch of positive reviews to try and raise their rating (sort by recent reviews). I moved across the country to Iowa and I walked into a literal biohazard. My downstairs neighbor moved in same day and neither of our apartments were cleaned in any way, but mine had poop on the bathroom sink, in the toilet that was extremely clogged, a non working shower, and rodent poop on the stove, behind it, and in the freezer. There were also nails all over the floor, poop on the carpet, the front door didn’t latch, no front step, chipping stairs that actually broke as I walked on them.
