Had a tenant pay their utility bill on the garage outback, as well as parking lot lights for over a year and a half, and then refused to compensate her in any way shape or form. Single bedroom townhouse at the back of the second building has the utility garage connected to its utility bill, the townhomes don’t have their own meter for their utility garage so they forced a tenant to pay it. A single female was paying the electricity that every maintenance man was using.

This place has gone way down hill. After you rent the place for $950.00 per month, you have to drive around abandoned cars , disgusting dumpsters, over grown bushes over side walks, just to get to your apartment. The parking lot is one big pothole. Basement leaks every time it rains. It is completely a miniature GETTO. Can't wait till my lease is up Don't even consider this place. I have had enough!!!!
