These guys did an amazing job My closing of property for us. There was attention to detail in the documents as well as communication along the way. Only a couple small items they had to research and everything was done in about 2 weeks The fees are pretty standard but they were very fair. Highly recommend giving these guys a call to handle your property purchase needs.

This title company is top notch! They were easy to work with and professional. I ran into an issue with American Title Company of Jackson and Midstate Title was there to save the day. They saved me $1,200 in closing costs and got me closed in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend this title company in the Jackson area!

Unable to get the service you need and pay for with this title company. They asked me for bank wiring instructions for the proceeds of the sale of our family home (which I provided even though we were in hurricane evacuation mode), and then instead proceeded to issue a check that needs endorsement! This puts me in a very difficult situation as I had to evacuate New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. I explained the whole situation to them and they were unwilling to cancel the check and wire the money as had been initially requested by me. Needless to say I am very upset with them, and would not advise anyone to work with this company. Ran into a health issue on day of closing and Todd and the team were flexible so we could make it happen. Very professional and friendly. Great Job.
