Kim Connors with Ruoff Mortage was absolutely amazing. It’s not often in 2025 that you encounter someone who is genuinely concerned about your best interest. Kim went far and above our expectations, she was extremely thorough and timely. Not only was closing quick and smooth but it was also deliberate, thanks to Kim. We had planned on closing on November 28th but Kim advised us that if we wait until December 2nd, that we would save money as we wouldn’t have to pay all the Winter taxes. So just by waiting a week, we saved a good chunk of money, something we would have never thought about. She’s not just extremely knowledgeable and thorough but she’s also extremely compassionate and a great human being!! I would absolutely, recommend her to anyone needing a Mortgage!!

Kim was amazing to work with! She went above and be out for a several times often working late into the night to make sure that we had everything we needed. Anytime we had a question she responded almost immediately. She helped us get better rates on our insurance and advised us all the way through the mortgage process.
