THE 200

I'm not even sure where to begin. Living at The 200 has been the greatest living experience my family and I have ever had. Rhonda (property manager) and Doug (maintenance) are absolutely phenomenal to say the least. The 200 is constantly kept in great shape and kept extremely clean. My partners and I moved in back in February of this year, and honestly do not ever want to leave! This place is more than an apartment, it's a safe community that sincerely feels like home. It's controlled access so you don't have to worry about random people strolling through, plus we have a secured package room that prevents theft. The other tenants keep to themselves and are also quite kind, which you couldn't ask for better neighbors! Never any noise complaints, fighting, or anything that would make you not

The 200 is a great place to live in the heart of downtown Jackson. Nice building quiet and polite neighbors. AMAZING staff! Doug & Rhonda most definitely elevated a good living experience to a great one! Can't praise them enough 🍻

I have lived here since 2022. I love the location. The whole complex is always clean and well maintained. Rhonda (property manager) and Doug (maintenance) are simply the best. I love all the little things they do with pop up breakfasts, flowers, etc. Their dedication to the 200s is what makes it so great to live here!

This is the most beautiful apartment building in Jackson! Everything is brand new and the maintenance staff takes a lot of pride in keeping things pristine. The office staff is top notch and goes out of their way to make this place feel like home quickly. The 200 is a great place to live!
