He has a very relaxed vibe he brings to every showing, which he carried all the way to closing. He stuck with us even when the government shut down and that threw a wrench in our closing timeline, but AJ was checking in almost every day with us, the bank lender, and even the listing agent to make sure everyone was getting the same updates and all parties were still committed to closing.
