Kings Crossing Apartments

While Kelly and Emma were both professional and knowledgeable (great experience with both of them) we are not happy about the community we are about to move into any longer. From being assigned a unit we did not pick on our own accord, to being told we could watch the website to see if other units (of the same floor plan) became available, to a unit becoming available and then being told they would not switch us into that unit (even though we hadn’t signed a lease yet)- it has been a disappointing experience. Accommodation and resident satisfaction is clearly not in their interest for their prospective residents. Starting out in the hole on being satisfied is going to make it challenging to have positive things to say about this neighborhood going forward. Excited to disappointed in such a
