King's Crest Townhomes

I love King’s Crest. Angelique runs the property perfectly — if you do what you’re supposed to, you will have absolutely no problems here. Daniel does great work maintaining the property, and any issue I’ve ever had was addressed quickly and fixed within the same week. I moved to King’s Crest in August of 2018, and I’ve seen it go through various changes, including a change in management, and it is the best it has ever been. I’ve lived in three separate units as my family has grown, and I have always been satisfied. All three units were well put together, aside from a few minor things that were quickly fixed. I lived here from May 2021 until January 2025. The property is beautiful and nestled in a nice subdivision. The property manager is A-1. She is so attentive and addresses all concerns very quickly. The maintenance staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I only moved because I relocated to a different state.

Absolutely love it here, Angelique the property manager is amazing and really makes you feel heard! She reaches out to make sure everything is working properly or you can easily go in the office and talk to her about any concerns. I absolutely recommend these townhomes!!
