Kind West

As a new and current resident at Kind West apartments, I can confidently say that Nadia (manager) is beyond amazing and a true professional at her job and what she does. She helped answer any questions I had with zero skepticism.

Best living in the West Sacramento/old sac area. Gated with security doors, and brand new appliances and finishes. Comfortable living outside of the hectic downtown area, but within walking distance. Laundry on site, gym, and ofcourse - beautiful views of downtown. Very well maintained site. Many extras including luncheons/community events, free art work, and friendly neighbors. Property management here is exceptionally quick to respond and very much above what I have experienced in the past or expected. Osvaldo "Ozzy" is the on site PM. Empathetic and goes above and beyond. Definitely deserves recognition. I asked to renew my lease before the 10th month so I can keep my spot. Love it here!

I was inquiring about one of the available units and the reason I’m leaving this good review is because of how well the property manager was able to help and accommodate what I needed and asked for. Michelle was super nice and really helpful. She was caring and willing to help, and that’s important for any property manager. The studios seemed nice and the complex was calm, but I found a closer option to where I’ll be going to school.

Met a new manager Nadia today, also a maintenance supervisor Roman.both are so nice and very helpful. The property is very nice and modern.

I lived here and stayed a year through my lease. The location is spectacular. I will say that Ozzy and maintenance (Joey) were always good and fair to me. With that being said...Kind West is a mess. These places should cost $800 a month. They say it's around 365-400ish square feet, with the ceilings being so tall, you only have about 150sqft of actual living space. No dishwasher kinda sucks but the laundry is out of control. They just raised the laundry from $2 a load to $3. Did the same with the dryer. Bills like electricity and gas run around $40-$50 a month and if you want a parking space (which you better get or your car will get broken into) that's $150 month. So it's listed at $1446 plus laundry, bills and parking you are looking at close to $1800 a month here. Just not worth it.
