After having a horrible experience with Redfin, we decided to try Cap Realty west. We started out by filling out an inquiry form online and received an email a couple hours later connecting us with our realtor, Henry Benavidez. Henry was a blessing through our house buying process. He ALWAYS communicated with us and the sellers realtor in a super timely fashion. We are first time home buyers, and he made sure we never felt silly asking what others realtors might think is a “dumb question”. He always had our best interest in mind. Im thankful for the places that have to rent for peoples that the owners dont just have people move in and sell it right before your eyes and you have to start all over again so I hope some will have a heart not just for the Money its costing some 6000 and sometime more so the one renting Have a Heart
