I lived at Keystone Place for about two years. The apartments could be better maintained and management could be more personable. In general the people living in the building were warm, kind and helpful to each other.
Manager was nasty and rude. I am an aide and was told to move my car elsewhere, But let certain visitors stay parked in areas I was told I couldn’t even park.
