Severely incorrect appraisal. Many incorrect factors noted such as legal description of property, incorrect notations about Solar Cells (was presumed, and incorrect) no notations about addition built in last 10 years nor the energy efficient window installation with transferable warranty (again, presumed) dang - worst appraisal ever received by this property when many improvements have been made - $33 sq ft less than average of comparisons in appraisal..
