Just purchased my first home and my agent Christiaan Minella came in clutch. Being new to the whole process he was always available to answer any and all questions I had, making the entire process easy given the tough market conditions.

10:10AM today. 11/28/2022. I went to the front desk to appear for a closing. I gave my buyer's name....gave my buyer's name again...gave the buyer's agent information...and was asked to sit while the gatekeeper/realtor looked for the right closing room. She returned and said they had no agent or buyer with those names closing this morning. I sat in my car, called the title company, and they called the closer to have him escort me past the gatekeeper. Come on, folks. Really?

Not happy, I have been trying to get a showing for a week and just been blown off by agent, now the house it pending, how does that happen.

Have learned many new ways of doing things. Love meeting all our Agents.Inspiring!
