I worked with KB to secure a new townhome and was excited about a fresh start. Unfortunately, shady characters and rude employees turned my dream into a nightmare and ultimately cost thousands of dollars to back away from the worst real estate deal I've ever been a part of. I pray no one tries to work with this company and I certainly would never consider KB for any real estate needs ever again.

This community is so beautiful. It has so much to offer and real has a charming feel to it. I worked with Gabriel Garcia who is a world class agent. He took his time helping us understand the lay of the land and was so accommodating with all of our questions. He has a lot of knowledge about the area and is patient. I am looking forward to next steps. I was hesitant to come to North Carolina at first, but thanks to this community it really makes me feel that North Carolina is the best state in the country.

I was under contract with this property and if I were you, I would run because they have agents that’s not classified to sell a home and they don’t disclose all material facts to you before you go on a contract. I am a real estate agent and it is our job to disclose material facts or to mention it if you know something is coming, which they didn’t do neither I am going to the commission for anyone who is a realtor, but I’m just letting you know if you’re gonna bring a client here or are you looking to purchase? Make sure that they disclose all material facts to you and I wouldn’t even buy here if I were you. Hopefully this helps everyone before they buy a home with KB Sales agent Gabriel Garcia
