Ashbury Square Apartments

Ashbury Square has been my home for 6 years now. Best place I’ve rented and stayed by a long slide. Karrie is the best. I bug Abby to death and Maintanence don’t come now, they come “right now.” They put urgency on every request and for that I am grateful. The neighbors are nice and respectful. The apartments and the landscape are clean and beautiful. The staff is here to laugh with you as well as cry with you. Always encouraging us every step of the way. I’ve grown to know them as more than a community. This is family. We look forward to the pool opening every May 1st and not closing until September with the fitness room available at all times upon your convenience. What more can I say? I’ve lived in the complex for a year now. Before moving here I was little worried because some reviews said that the staff was rude, specially Abby (I think), however in my experience it’s all the way around. I live in a studio apartment and I can say that it exceeded my expectations of what I had on my mind for a studio apartment. It’s bigger than what I thought and the bedroom is not all together with the kitchen, it has a wall that divides it. The bathroom is huge. So far the staff is very kind and they respond quickly, also when you need any repair, they fix it ASAP. The apartment has 2 ceiling fans which is great so I don’t use the AC during summer, during winter I turn it for around 1hr before going to bed. I have been living in this apartment complex for the last two years. I honestly can say by far this is the best place I have ever lived. The entire complex is super clear and organized. The staffs are angels, they take care of your request as if it is their first priority. They fix things instantly without any extra charge or hassle. The place is also very secured and great for raising kids as they have small park for them. Also they have dog park. Overall, I think it is well maintained by kind hearted professionals and the neighbors are very well behaved and nice. I wish I could give more than 5 star to this place.

I will give an honest review. The outside of the apartment complex is very beautiful and the staff are nice. But the apartments are very old and many have pest issues. My apartment had TONS of silverfish and earwigs and the pest control guy could not help. They were constantly on the ceilings, the walls, and floors. Other than the bugs, the neighbors are very sweet and I felt very safe, so weigh the pros and cons.

We have lived here for 3+ years and I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to because of work. Maintenance has always been great, the grounds always look nice, and it is a very dog friendly and quiet neighborhood. Most of the time the only noises we hear are children playing outside. Abby in the leasing office has always been super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!
