Love love love everything about these apartments!!! Very spacious, friendly neighbors & the staff is so efficient & helpful! Maintenance are always timely & polite! Leasing office is phenomenal!! Literally the best placed I’ve lived in over the years. 10 STARS! Can’t forget Ms Nashea (leasing consultant) who made the entire moving process a breeze & Ms Kaneta who’s always smiling & hosting fun events for the complex. Thank you for helping me turn my apartment into a home ☺️

Jamie, the Property Manager, is truly exceptional. She runs the community with professionalism, kindness, and a level of care that makes you feel valued as a resident. She’s attentive, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Kenita, the Assistant Property Manager, is just as amazing. She’s super helpful, knowledgeable, and always greets you with a warm attitude. Anytime I’ve needed assistance, she’s been quick, efficient, and genuinely supportive. And I can’t forget Nesha — she is always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything you need. Her great attitude adds so much positivity to the community. My overall experience at 119 South was great. Kenita, is awesome she did great with locking me into a unit. As well as getting me set on a move in date. Jamie was great as well with my move in orientation. The move in little starter kit is definitely a plus. Both ladies did a great job overall, I would definitely recommend this complex . To anyone I come across that’s looking for a new home. Off the strength of hospitality I received from Kenita and Jamie . 10/ 10!!!

I recently moved to 119 South and really enjoy it here. Kenita, Nashea and Jaime are great! The office team is friendly, knowledgeable and they always greet me by name when I stop by. They host monthly events for residents and do what they can to make it feel like home. The maintenance team is responsive and professional as well! I could definitely see myself at 119 South for years to come.

119 south is one of THE (if not) THE BEST apartments to live in. The leasing staff, all three of them, Kenita, Jamie, and Nashea are all so helpful and supportive. From the moment I stepped in, I knew that 119 was IT. I’ve never felt so at home then at 119 south, and the staff make all the difference in all of the BEST ways. We have no complaints and recommend 119 if you want quality and quantity. Can’t forget about the maintenance staff as well. You’ll never have to worry about super delayed orders, as they are on their A game. Let this be your sign! You will not regret it. There’s also always something new happening here as well, from new food trucks, to various community events like bingo, movie nights and more!
