Paula is absolutely amazing! She guided us through every step of the way and made sure we understood all the differences in real estate law in North Carolina versus Florida. Paula was able to refer us to wonderful home inspectors, well inspectors, septic tank inspectors, land surveyors, etc. She got everything arranged for us in a timely manner. Paula's communication skills are top notch! She got back with us quickly every time. Paula went above and beyond helping us find new restaurants and other features of the area. Paula Kotarakos was an exceptional realtor that we definitely recommend! We scheduled an appointment with her a year ago explaining that we were looking for a home to be closer to family. We loved the Mebane area but the 50 mile trek one way was getting cumbersome. We were not in any hurry to sell, so we had time to find the perfect home.
