John Craig was our realtor. He helped us find our home. He was very patient, extremely knowledgable about the market, always very prompt in answering any text, calls and emails. Not al all pushy, very calming when I got stressed. Yes, buying or selling your home can be stressful. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to represent us.

Contacted on Tues regarding a property and never heard back from anyone after my initial call. The agent, Lori, was supposed to find out a couple of things on a property and call me back. Never did. I called left a message with John, never got a call back, sent message from Zillow listing, never heard back. Left VM message for Lori, yep you guessed it, never heard back. This company has no respect for potential clients. It's now Friday and the property is under contract. Their lack of responsiveness likely cost us this opportunity as we were prepared to make a full ask offer, just needed two questions answered.
