Extremely disappointed with our experience with KB Homes. The amount of poor workmanship and lack of accountability we’ve dealt with is completely unacceptable. • The carpet is cheap and low-quality, showing wear almost immediately. • The house had grading issues that led to flooding inside. KB’s solution was to dig up half the backyard, which now slopes downhill and looks completely unfinished. • The foundation is visibly uneven, and when we raised concerns, we were told it was “normal.” That’s deeply concerning. • The AC system has never worked properly. We’ve had over 15 HVAC visits, and the house still won’t cool—even in the evenings. I have had a truly horrible experience with KB Homes – Magnolia Creek. What was expected to be a seamless and exciting process has instead become long, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. My fiancé and I began this process in December 2024. It is now January 2026, and we still have not closed on our home. I can confirm prior reviews regarding the 8–12 month timeframe and the repeated closing date delays. In anticipation of our move, we sold our home in May 2025 and have been displaced ever since. Significant issues with the plat surveys remain unresolved. The updates provided by the construction manager, Dave Page, and the VP of Sales, Brandon, have consistently indicated that they are “waiting on the county” and that the situation is entirely out of their control. **BEWARE before you buy from them. I have called KB homes claims/warranty phone number multiple times, a customer service representative takes my name and number and forwards it on to a different department, but I never have heard back. No return call, I've also sent emails to the KB Claims/warranty with no response. Poor customer service, even before our build was completed. I will NEVER buy from them again. Maybe if they respond to this I'll consider taking it down.

Homes are nice but the sales people from the initial request to the actual visit felt like a Used Car sales lot. Inundated with calls, texts “we need a signature by noon today” during the 4th of July holiday. It was far too much. After being told “I don’t like to pressure people”. What a joke. Ease up on the gas. Found a used Honda we liked better. 🤣
