KB Home Ladera

We visited Ladera on their grand opening weekend, and the experience was wonderful. They had food trucks, friendly staff, and a great community atmosphere. Tisha Taylor, the sales representative who helped us, was very kind, patient, and informative; she made the visit feel easy and enjoyable. The homes themselves are beautifully designed with open layouts, modern finishes, and larger-than-average lot sizes, which really stand out compared to other new communities nearby. You can tell KB Home focused on variety and space in this neighborhood. However, there are a few downsides to consider.
