No option for No star. This review is for 27107 kodiak ct. Menifee, CA oak shade mountain lady Traci Salviati sales rep, labor guy Robert and regional manager Richard Matlin all are unprofessional, unethical , aggressive literally threatening me to pay for the closing cost , lock loan docs without showing me the house , refused to send me full house photos and videos , refused to go over purchase agreement docs and loan docs , i am floored how they make me fool, traci sold me parking lot saying she does not left any home there i was looking immediate move in she didn't give me any other option, get my $12,000 since April made me sign actual purchase agreement and loan docs back in April for empty lot. Wow zero customer service , then start humiliating me saying we had your signed docs , n
