The apartments fool you during the walk through. Cute and clean. Tiny little apartments, everything included. Then you move in and the roaches start getting comfortable enough to crawl out and say Hi to you and your newborn. KCV Apartments will tell you that they have a man that sprays but unless you're present in your apartment, he has to get a key and key in. I saw him ONCE during my one year lease and had given permission upon move in for him to key in and spray. Upon complaining about the bugs we were told "It's an apartment, you're going to have bugs" Nahhhh. just at a nasty complex where the guy half ass sprays are you going to have bugs. I had to have maintenance caulk my baseboards so bugs would stop crawling out from them. (roaches, house centipedes) Also had to leave bath tub

I lived there for 4 years. Roof leaked the whole time. Sink was always backing up. Doors would not lock when ever it started to get cold. Packages got stolen all the time. Black mold was in the stairways and they never cleaned them. Drugs being used in the buildings and the owners would not do anything about it. Roaches and mice everywhere. Front door of my building was missing for about 2 years before I move out. The place is going down hill and they just keep raising the rent. Can not even keep a office worker on site. Will not rent from them ever again

I have never lived in these but I been inside...I always thought they looked nice and courtyard beautiful......my last landlord had a big guy spray 1x a month...I never saw a fly in my apartment. Why do landlords.slum lords like to be so cheap..mice and especially roaches are an easy fix dish the money out and stop being cheap and greedy These town houses.. apartments..are too pretty to become roach and mice infested. I used to rent from John Fox senior. He put me in 2 different apartments both had roaches . I didn't spend 1 night in either one . He kept just wanting to give me keys to another one...I was in my early 20s . He ended up keeping half of the moneyi out down for deposit and first mos. Rent and I didn't sleep or move in not 1 apartment. I will never live in a house or anywhere

Sanctuary Apartments are a great place to live, especially with children! It is its own secluded community with nice people who mind their business. I have lived in Sanctuary apartments for the last two years and not one time have I ever had a problem. Kaytlin the property manager is AMAZING! She is so understanding and NOT money-hungry at all! Anytime I needed anything fixed she made sure maintenance fixed the issues promptly. I saw some reviews saying roaches NOT ONE TIME have I ever seen a roach while living in Sanctuary. They have pest control spray regularly, the only bugs I saw were spiders and stuff but that's a given due to the location being in a wooded area. Overall, Kaytlin is amazing, very understanding, and gets things done, they are remodeling the apartments, maintenance does

The landlord doesn't know what she's doing at all!!! There roaches in there are EVERYWHERE!! When you shower, when you sleep, on your walls, in your clothes, in your shoes, you might as well make room for them and get comfortable because they’re more than comfortable! The maintenance never answered the phone,so nothing was EVER fixed. The landlord responds to your issues late. You can hear the mice in the wall scattering around! It's just too many creatures there. The landlord is very inconsiderate, all she wants is the rent money. Other than the roaches, the mice, bedbugs, my sink constantly leaking and them not fixing stuff, it would be a cool apartment complex. Overall 0/10 don't recommend.
