I just applied for an apartment here it seems like a nice place hopefully I’ll be approved

I been here since April of 2023. When I first moved into Charleston Abors, it it was ok . Even though the apartment wasn't properly cleaned. The stove was dirty, the ceiling wasn't clean ,carpet had cigarettes holes and bugs. Two after moving in I got concerned about bugs in carpet. Went to manager office and the response that you receive is, I see what I can do. Manager Mrs Regina wasn't here when I first moved it..

From the very first day I moved in, I felt welcomed and valued as an individual, not just another tenant among many. I moved in a year ago into an ADA apartment I absolutely love my apartment hardwood floors, large bathroom with a walk-in shower. Nice size kitchen I have a view of the capital from my balcony. Anytime anything needed repaired was done promptly. Tony the manager is very personable and very accessible. I've had zero issues. The location is perfect, all my neighbors very friendly it's been a very good experience.

It's overall nice place. Clean in the lobby and elevators. Great view of the Elk river! People seem friendly.
