Do not use these guys!! I would be very careful if you come across this brokerage. A deal that was selling adjacent to our own property caused us to have to interact with Kristen Barbour & during this time she completely misrepresented her sellers (I have proof I am happy to share), threatened us with no legal grounds to do so, attempted to over ride our legal right to discuss an agreement only we are able to discuss. The behavior I have seen is deceptive, dishonest, disrespectful, & vindictive. I do not believe she has her sellers best interest at heart as in this case they were an older couple that she withheld important information from that we were able to confirm by speaking directly to them. I am actually quite embarrassed for her that this is how she chooses to conduct her business
