Eagle View Apartments and Townhomes

Eagle View had such a smooth check in process. We came, toured, applied, and moved in all seamlessly! The staff is great! I called multiple times with an array of questions and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. We have been moved in officially now a week and it’s been a great time. Our Pup is having a blast meeting new friends (as well as us lol) we have no complaints about Eagle View 💪🏻

It’s disheartening to see all these reviews that are deceitful. The company gives incentives for 5 star reviews. The new leasing agent seems like she has never worked her job at all. Not much worse than the last one. I’ve walked into the office numerous times to the “property manager” being absolutely belligerent to maintenance staff and gossiping about other workers in the company. Those men work hard and no one deserves to be treated that way at their place of employment. I moved in a few weeks ago and I’m not renewing my lease. Not luxury like it claims. Rust on all the doors, hand rails falling apart along with steps. They can’t even get the paint on the apartments right! The doors are not painted in my apartment and gross stains. There’s obvious mismatched paint on the walls and light

I have lived here for just under a year, and I have a had a great experience. The staff goes above and beyond. Any issues you have, they can help resolve or send you to someone who can. Tim has helped my mother a handful of times with various things. The office staff are amazing and always putting together events and keeping the coffee bar stocked for residents. It is dog and kid friendly which is hard to find. The area is clean and during the winter, they have snow plows always going and someone salting the sidewalks. We were worried about the hill in the winter but it was no problem at all. They had the hill cleaned before most main roads were even clear. We love the staff here and how hard everyone works to keep everything running smoothly!!

My boyfriend & I moved in about a month ago. We have been very pleased with living here! The ladies at the leasing office are incredibly nice. Everyone has been very attentive especially with maintenance requests. I’m pleased to be living in such a comfortable, safe neighborhood. Thank you for making our moving experience welcoming :)

I have to give a big shout out to our maintenance team, particularly Dale Durst and Tristan Kopasz! Recently I had a major problem that could have ended up deadly for me. I had carbon monoxide in my apartment from a loose pipe with my HVAC. I didn’t know what was going on. I have had problems with my smoke alarms randomly going off for quite a while now. Dale was always the one to come out and help me when this happened. Thankfully, he replaced them all. When my new alarm started beeping for no known reason I called Dale-always my go-to. He stopped by and immediately felt like it could possibly be carbon monoxide. This went on all day until Emergency Maintenance told me to call the fire department. When the fireman walked into my apartment, his tester went wild. He said it was over 100 and
