Sam was great to work with! It was one quick call to schedule our inspection. We walked through with him during it he explained everything he was making note of for the report and let us ask questions and explained things in a way we could really understand. He was clear, thorough, and very patient with us as new homeowners. Would recommend and would hire him again!

Our home inspection was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. It was easy to book online and Sam communicated with us from the moment we booked. He was extremely thorough on his inspection. Upon our arrival to review the inspection, he walked with us room by room and went over all concerns and items that would be marked in his report. I was very pleased with how detailed he was with us. He answered any questions that we had and concerns that we had. His report was also to us in just a few hours following the inspection. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a new home.
