The manager is friendly, she is nice and forward so there is no guessing or wondering. Update(1 year later) It's still been good. The manager actually cares if you do communicate your problem's well without aggression.

The manager is very rude to the residents that reside at this location. The way he conduct business is appalling. Instead of being a professional manager, he instead uses the scare tactics of being a bully in order to maintain some sense of authority over the residents. The manager also flirts and sleeps with the female tenants and when you deny him of this extra curriculum activities, he then begins to torment and harass you constantly. In stead of him displaying professionalism, being helpful, and showing little bit of common courteous towards the tenants of this property he rather be disrespectful and walk the property addressing the female tenants by the term sexy instead of by their God given names or threatens you by making statements inplying that he will not be renewing your leas

Victor is such a horrendous guy. I haven't lived here for awhile but just remembering the things he did and said to me while I lived there leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. He evicted my boyfriend and me soon after I had my baby. Didn't even give me an eviction notice or 30 days to leave the premises. He hired a guy to come to our apartment while we were suppose to be at work and changed the locks. Thankfully we didn't go to work that day. The reason he evicted us was because he said my boyfriend was dealing and using drugs and had video proof. I had asked him if I could see this video because I knew this was a lie in which he became furious and started harassing us everyday. So I would recommend not staying here and if you do live here and he does harass you then please please please tak

Victor the landlord is an unreasonable man. He will listen to rumors and tell you to leave his property without giving you a written notice nor do you get 30 days to leave the premises. If you live by Martha or Tammy make sure to keep to yourself. They are nice people but they love to get in everyone's business and tell the landlord want they assume is going on. The landlord also has several cameras on his property but he has no sign saying you're being video taped which is against the law. Once you bring this to his attention he will get hostile and start harassing you everyday until you feel uncomfortable or want to hit him and that's the reaction he wants out of you. He will enter your home when you are not there and turn off your lights and air so I can only imagine he will go through

He is very rude I just called to find out the requirements to move in he said he would have to run my rental history. So I said ok well I have such an such on my rental history will that get me denied. He says people lie I would have to run your rental history.... I explained why I was asking he did not answer the question told me have a nice day and hung up on me 😱😱😱 Is it wrong to know requirements before you put in your application? 🤔 Everybody report him to the Texas department association.
