JR Home Builders is hands down one of the very best contractors we have ever worked with. They did an entire house renovation for us… gutted the entire house down to the concrete slab and the walls… (and even knocked a couple of those down too!) JR Home Builders completely refinished the entire house top to bottom… Floors, cabinets, fixtures, new windows, new roof, new siding, expanded the footprint of the home, custom kitchen and bathrooms… The whole nine yards. Junior was extremely easy and pleasant to work with, and VERY knowledgeable! We could could not be more pleased with the finished product and with how smooth the entire process was. I highly recommend them!

Hello, We bought 6 acres in millsboro, had 2 1/2 acres cleared to build a new home. I was interviewing builders to build our new home.We went through 6 builders, with plans/drawings presented for a quote , to build. JR (Junior) was by far the best price for us. He sent me to several homes he was building at that time. Every home looked great! So we decided to go with JR Builders. We are both very pleased, and happy that he provided a beautiful home for us with his Tradesmen/Craftsmenship on everything from start to finish. beautiful concrete work, not one hair line cracks 3 years later! From hanging drywall to Painting! We have no drywall cracks ,three years later, We are very pleased with insulation on complete job, from walls ,ceilings , attic! Our home is very comfortable in the winter

We had our home built by JR Home Builders and have been here for about five years now. We loved the look and feel of the home from the moment we saw it. Modern, up-to-date fixtures and cabinets, beautiful bamboo hardwood floors, solid construction. If we had any issues after we moved in, we just had to contact Jr to ask questions or assistance and we promptly had our problem solved —we highly recommend them!

Jr. has remodeled two bathrooms, a kitchen and a sitting room/bedroom in our beach home. We are presently having him do a bathroom and powder room because we have been so pleased with his craftsmanship, design capabilities, professionalism and adaptability. We are not there for most of the work and have complete trust in the safety of our home while he is working there. We wholeheartedly recommend Jr. Home Builders for any project in your home. My home was built by JR Home Builders, Inc. in 2016 and have never had a problem of any sort. Junior did everything we requested with excellence and went above and beyond. To this day, I can give Junior a call and he helps me out tremendously. I believe that he is the best builder in the state of DE.
