Terrible, disgusting apartments. Don’t even think about renting from JP management. They never fix anything that needs to be fixed. There apartments are in terrible conditions. We had mice and roaches and they took WEEKS to answer or send someone out to resolve the issue. We ended up just paying for our own exterminators because we could not continue to live in those conditions. Entire apartment would have roaches, even in the laundry rooms. The laundry room would never work would always be flooded. Machines would constantly be broken. Management company does not care about you. All they care about is money. Stay far away from this company if you can.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Worst landlords ever! We missed one payment due to a hospital emergency, and even though we had never missed any other payments, they still took us to court. I communicated with them and explained the situation, but they didn’t care. I ended up paying thousands extra because of how they handled it. Very unfair and unprofessional.

I am a small business owner that made the mistake of renting from JP Management. I am writing this review in hopes of saving other small business owners from working with this unprofessional company. They do not care about keeping the lines of communication open. Emails, phone calls, and text messages will go un-answered. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone especially when you have an emergency situation. I had a ceiling leak for 2 months. The leak started out as a drip. It progressed into a full stream of continuous water. Ceiling tiles fell while clients were in the space. The water was brown and seemed to be coming from an apartment above my retail space. Would give 0 if I could. I read the reviews for this place and didn't believe it was actually this bad. They promised in an email (with the exact phrase "use this email as proof") that they would give me money back from a payment I made and then when I requested the money back they refused. When I moved in to the apartment it was absolutely filthy, like mold in cabinets, couldn't see through the glass in the oven filthy, and then when I moved out they charged me $175 because there was some dirt on top of the fridge even though in my lease they stated that the apartment simply needs to be broom clean. They currently owe me over $700 and they keep telling me that they will get back to me and then never getting back to me. Horrible.
