JP Management Apartments

Absolutely horrendous. Disgusting, noisey tenants and extremely shameful management! They allow tenants to feed a litter of 6+ cats with feces and food left in the parking lot. My car was smashed up by a tenant. My dog passed away from a mouse bite from infestation in my unit! Milda, Daniel and the enetire JP management firm are unacceptable people. They will charge you fees for anything and everything especially a cleaning fee once you're out. Do not lease Hudson Street or do business with the company elsewhere you will be sorry!!!!!

I am giving them one start because it is the lowest. The worse Management ever! I have been complaining about the extremely noisy tenants who live above of my apartment and who play video games from 10 pm until 5 am! Almost every single day making impossible to sleep. It's a nightmare to suffer of sleep deprivation when you have to work early next day. I am tired of sending multiple emails, calling the office for a solution since December! It's the worse nightmare. This Management do not care about your well being as a tenant and does not make the other tenants comply with the rules in the lease. After JP Management took over the apartment complex I’ve been living in, they made some unsafe changes to the exterior. They took away the hand railings outside the main door without replacing all of them. That is a safety issue for elderly tenants. They also took away the Entance and Exit signs that have been there for years which can cause an accident for those new to the place. They also took away the over head awning above the entrance doors that help protect the front porch from the snow and rain. They also replaced the front doors without the auto locking mechanism like the previous doors which is unsafe if someone happens to forget to lock the main door. I give 1 star because the lowest is 1 star. The management company of this apartment doesn't care about tenants' properties or safety. All they care is getting $2,000 rents every month regardless of how difficulties their tenants are experiencing in their apartment. The super is worse, you can never see him work or maintain in the building, and he shows up really slow when we call him for help. There's no security of this building, the front door's electronic lock is easy to unlock. No camaras are installed at Mailbox area or parking area. There are several tenants reporting to company that they have property loss or damage of their mails or cars, but the management company can't help anything. How do we know this? The staff is not up to par with how a rental business should be ran. They have a lot of properties, but some they tend to more than others it seems. They’re very dismissive to needs and require you to have to continuously follow up on basic needs to apt.
