I had a terrific experience with this company from the first viewing by Robert to the final inspection by Gene. These folks are as friendly as they get. The boss VJ is as well. I generally do not offer reviews but this company has my strongest support.

I've been a student at UTMB for the past 16 months, and this company is one of the best property management companies I've ever dealt with. They allowed me to extend my 12 month lease to 16 months because of my school schedule. My time at the residence is almost over and I figured it was time to write a review. James was an excellent contact with me. He always returned my calls promptly and any time I had an issue with an appliance, leak under our sink, or bug complaint (let's be real, roaches are a common thing in Galveston...) he had someone there or in contact with me within 48 hours. I've never had that sort of service. I'm moving to Houston and wish they had a branch there!! Very impressed and I would highly recommend them to someone looking to rent or buy in Galveston.
