I worked with Wen-Ching Muzzarelli for a rental property. While I initially found her to be organized and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the experience ended poorly. When things didn’t go as planned for me, she stopped communicating leaving my last email unanswered. I felt disregarded and disrespected, which was disappointing given our positive initial meeting. It seemed as though I no longer mattered as a client once we hit a roadblock. I have never experienced this lack of follow-through with another agent. Handing over all of my personal information over to an agent just to be completely ignored is not okay & it leaves me feeling uneasy.

Horrible experience Working with JLA Realty - Casey Ingram. Equipment was missing as per contract drafted and when asked response was - it did not belong to the seller- what a lame response. the garage keys, gym key were missing and were not notified until walked into for closing. The whole transaction was very disturbing. Never - Ever will Not work with JLA Realty in future nor will recommend anyone.
