Rudest management ever! Unresponsive people in the office. Horrible people. 74 Mount Vernon Street is filled with bugs. There are cracks on the walls in the apartments after being constructed about 2 years ago. Laundry is coin operated and machines don't work properly. Windows are leaky which means that you pay a higher air conditioning bill. They came to fix twice but were never able to find a solution for it. The windows and walls of the apartment building start shaking when there is strong wind blowing. Street parking that requires you to move your car every other day of the week.

EDIT: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! They put over $1000 random additional fees when I moved out and told my new landlord that I have unpaid balance. I paid my rent before the 1st of the month every single time. These people will milk you for as much money as they possibly can. They are rude, they do not take care of the property and they are unreliable. STAY AWAY!!! They’ve been bad from day one!!! Extremely rude every time I call them, literally told me not to come to their office ever because they don’t like when people come there. I keep apartment extremely clean, yet I have roaches. Requested pest control multiple times, they did not show up for weeks, when they finally did, they said that cabinets need to be emptied out and nobody can be in the the apartment for the next 3h. DO NOT do business with these scammers! They will overcharge you, they do not help you with any issues you have in the apartment/building, they are extremely rude. You want to move out? They will come up with million things to charge you for, accumulating $1000+

Pest Control. The apartment building that we are residing is new and built about 2 years ago. We moved in last year as the first tenants in our apartment. We have had a roach problem since the early days, the management (Elizabeth X) sends a generic email indicating that a third party external pest control professional will be coming on a particular day. No additional details to empty cabinets, or that the tenants need to vacate the apartment for 3 hours. There is no urgency to fix a problem, no responsiveness. I've called them, texted them, logged issues on their portal but it falls to deaf ears and nobody follows up. We kept our kitchen and bathroom cabinets empty expecting the pest control professionals, they didn't show up twice. There is no communication except that generic email.

I moved out of a property 8 months ago that JH One managed. The worse experience I ever had, no way to live. I had an on going issue with the tenant upstairs. They intentionally banged and poured water on the floor, which leaked into my apartment. I called police over thirty times and showed video of the banging noise. Police talk to the neighbors and told them they saw and listened to the videos to stop the noise. JH one did nothing to resolve the problem. The tenant still lives there and the people who moved in after me is dealing with the same problem. Slum management, rotten attitudes, disrespectful people, all of them that works there are on the same page. The skinny red head Elizabeth and Jody they sit in the plush office and dish out disrespect. Everybody talk about Lisa is nice, op
