I am impressed with the feel of the community, It's gated and feels very secure. There are no CDD fees and the model homes and the upgrades to the homes are amazing!! Debbe and Derek are amazing to work with and very willing to work with buyers and agents as well! I recommend this community in Jennings's Farms to any buyers looking for a top quality home.

Jennings Farm is a very beautiful Gated Community with NO CDD, and Natural Gas. It’s surrounded by conservation, large homesites, private yet, close to everything at the same time. The sales agents are both great to work with! And the builder does a fantastic job making sure the homeowners are happy :-)

Debbie, Derek were awesome throughout the process. Even before the closing David from the construction team made sure the home was ready to go and everything was taken care of as far as quality control. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. Great place to raise a family.

Visited this community over the weekend. Love the location, love that there’s No CDD’s and that it’s Gated. Met both sales agents Debbie & Derrek and both were friendly, professional and approachable. We will be back in town in a few weeks to revisit this beautiful community. Loved it!
